of Chinese Academy of Sciences offers service of supporting
in strong logistics for the National Research Center for Intelligent
Computing Systems(NCIC). The center implements director's responsibility
system and three-dimensional management system of administration,
academics and projects. Administrative organization consists
of the administrative staff (director, deputy director, assistant
to director, business secretary and administrative secretary)
and the research groups. The research groups are non-permanent
organs, organized in academic direction, divided into several
subgroups and implementing the responsibility system of differentiated
control. The leaders of groups and subgroups are responsible
for steering the academic direction of the relevant field;
In-process project leader manages the projects (tasks). Group
members may step over more than one group. The board of trustee
made up of director, deputy director, group leader manages
the relevant affairs of the Center. |
